I think my dog may have a superiority complex

I have so many shots of him that just scream "Yeah, I know I'm gorgeous!"

Exhibit A:

Yeah, I know I'm gorgeous!

Exhibit B:

Yeah, I know I'm gorgeous!

Exhibit C:

Yeah, I know I'm gorgeous!

Then again, I also have plenty of shots that look a little like this:

WHEN DID MY SLEEK, LEAN PUPPY TURN INTO A BEACH BALL WITH LEGS?

Phew, that's better.

So I got a new 75-300mm lens for my camera, which means I can take pictures of the dogs when they're FAR away. I took Kota to the park with his frisbee to try it out. Poor Sparky had a poorly paw (he'd ripped some skin of one of the pads) and so had to stay home.

Doesn't Kota look like he's being held up by strings in this photo?

Um, could someone let me down please?

He's getting ever-so-slightly better at his frisbee catching.

But not much.

Could you catch a frisbee in your mouth whilst jumping 4ft in the air? Nope, didn't think so.

It's that time of year again.

The time of year that causes my dogs to collapse into furry, panty, drooly piles in the park.

What? It's hot!

Sparky, at least, has the brains to collapse in the shade. Kota doesn't because he has no brains.

They fell out through his ears. I saw it.

And so, to save my poor fur-babies from over heating, I went and threw them in the sea.

Whew, that's refreshing.

OK, I'll admit it. That was all just an excuse to post lots of shakey dog pictures. Not that I need an excuse, who doesn't love pictures that make your dog look like this?

That not rock your boat? How about this one?

I think this one is utterly brilliant, even if I do say so myself. Look at the curves of the water droplets as they come off Sparky! Amazing.

"Where are all the shakey dog pictures of Kota?" I hear you ask. Well Kota thinks shaking is a waste of energy that could be spent CHASING STICKS. And so he just stands there and drip dries.

Of course the one time he does shake off...

GET OUT OF THE SHOT SPARKY!

How Sparky would look with floppy ears.

He pulls funny faces when he's barking.

Very funny faces.

He also pulls silly faces when I ask him to balance things on his nose.

Um, why am I doing this again?

And exceedinly happy faces when asked to sit on a log and pose like a bunny.

Kota doesn't sit like a bunny on a log. Or sit on logs at all really.

It hurts my bum!
